Q: Is my purchase on 9livescomics.com secure? Do you store my credit card details?
A: All orders are captured using 128-bit SSL encryption, and credit card information is NEVER stored on our servers. It is passed directly to the payment processor. We will never have a copy of your credit card information.

Q: Can I purchase other store items together with campaign items?
A: Yes. However, we recommend placing a separate order so your own records won’t be confusing, as there will be multiple shipment tracking numbers issued for your order.

Q: Can I buy items from 2 or more campaigns in one order?
A: Yes. However, your order will NOT ship until all items from ALL campaigns have arrived. This is how you save on shipping.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Most orders are shipped within 2 business days unless a different shipping date is specified in the item description.

Q: What are the shipping fees?
A: All USA orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for in-stock items (Active campaign items are charged according to weight). Canada and other countries are charged based on the item weight.

During checkout, you can see your shipping fee before completing payment.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can only cancel a store order if a shipping label hasn’t been generated.

If your item is a pre-order, you can request a refund up until the campaign enters pre-order mode. Once a campaign is in “taking preorders” mode, we do not issue refunds.

You will be refunded the full payment amount less transaction fees as charged to us by Paypal/Visa/Mastercard.

Q: Can I update my shipping address?
A: Yes. Just send us an email through the contact form. Be sure to include you order ID(s) and the new address you need your order shipped to. Please note that we do not allow address changes approximately 1 month before fulfillment begins for campaign items.

Changing your email address in your account only works for future orders. It does not change your existing orders. Please contact us to change the shipping address on an existing order.

Q: What if I forgot my login information for 9LivesComics.com?
A: If you forgot your login information, there is a forgot password link you can click on the My Account page.

Please DO NOT attempt mutliple logins trying to guess your password. Our website will lock you out of guesses for 24 hours if you exceed a certain number of wrong attempts.
