Q: Is my purchase on 9livescomics.com secure? Do you store my credit card details?
A: All orders are captured using 128-bit SSL encryption, and credit card information is NEVER stored on our servers. It is passed directly to the payment processor. We will never have a copy of your credit card information.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Most orders are shipped within 2 business days unless a different shipping date is specified in the item description.
Q: What are the shipping fees?
A: All USA orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for in-stock items (Active campaign items are charged according to weight). Canada and other countries are charged based on the item weight.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you ordered an in-stock item, you can only cancel the order if a shipping label hasn’t been generated.
If your item is a pre-order, you can cancel the order as long as it is NOT within 3 months of the estimated shipping date.
You will be refunded the full payment amount less transaction fees as charged to us by Paypal/Visa/Mastercard.
Q: Can I update my shipping address?
A: Yes. Just send us an email through the contact form. Be sure to include you order ID(s) and the new address you need your order shipped to. Please note that we do not allow address changes approximately 1 month before fulfillment begins for campaign items.
Q: What if I forgot my login information for 9LivesComics.com?
A: If you forgot your login information, there is a forgot password link you can click on the My Account page.
Please DO NOT attempt mutliple logins trying to guess your password. Our website will lock you out of guesses for 24 hours if you exceed a certain number of wrong attempts.
